We want you to love your damage-free lighting; if your wireless or plug-in fixtures aren't a perfect fit for your space, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all adhesive strips and mounting hardware included.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the lighting fixtures in their original box, ensuring all remote controls and charging cables are included to avoid restocking fees.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned units, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
